Given that photographs of Evelyn have tailed off considerably these last few weeks, we felt the need to schedule an official photo shoot with our darling. It's a concentrated effort to get back to the 200-300 pictures per day we used to average.
To say it was a huge success is something of an overstatement, or bald faced lie. Professional children's photographers are amazing, they need to be paid more.
It was also an opportunity to use Lightroom, a photo developing software that Heidi got me for Christmas. If the colors look screwy at all, it's not your eyes. I have no idea what I'm doing in there. I did figure out how to put a cool logo on the pictures. Sweet!

And of course, with every great DVD special features menu, there's a blooper reel! We also have blooper reels with Ehlke photo shoots! The refusal to look at the camera shots! The out of focus portraits! The obsession with her light toy! The time out to put Lamby away, or play with blinds! The laughing too hard her face gets all squinty! The hilarious overexposed/underexposed photos! You'll crack up at the outtake reel, which is of course, longer than the actual photoshoot reel, and better. Outtakes are what life is all about.
Then comes clean up. Evelyn makes bath time lots of fun.
