Seton Fest

We've got a few years of this family thing under our belt now.
As each year passes through, we get to doing some of the same things, at the same time of year, in the same order, with some of the same carnies.  We've really started to look forward to this little festival.  It's always a good time.

Afterwards I had a late drink with some neighbors who have older kids (12-15 years) and they kept going on about how these are the best years.  When the kids are very much excited to be with and spend time with Mom and Dad and Family.  "It's going to end," they sorta drunkedly said, "very quickly".  Seeing all the older kids at the Fest hanging out with friends only, I'm inclined to believe their buzzed wisdom.

So once again, I over-document, over-appreciate, and get overly theatric with the simplest little fest.  It's just nice, you know?  We look forward to the next one, with the same loved ones, the same rides, the same carnies.

We play the games.

 Ride the carousel.

 the teacups,
 battered finger and all.

We get very mesmerized by the Ferris Wheel.

 Have fun.
Ride the... what is she doing on this thing?  She loved it.
 Love on Family.
 Ride the slide!
Let's take a closer look at that one.
Gotta get the cotton candy.
 Perfect.

Love seeing the fam - adorable! And enjoy the great photography as always. Look at the first cotton candy pic - at a quick glance, it looks like a man in pink pants! Miss you guys! The Madoles
